When will my order ship?
We're targeting Q2 2026 for the first production run. You'll receive email updates as manufacturing progresses. If we can't fulfill your order for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.
Why am I charged now instead of at shipping?
Pre-order payments help fund the production run and lock in your price. Your card will not increase in price between now and shipping.
Do I need a Pro or Business plan to order?
No — NFC badges work on all plans including Free. Your card will link to your Blink profile regardless of plan.
How is the card programmed?
We program your card to your blinksolutions.info/p/[username] URL before shipping. Just update your profile to change what people see.
What if I change my username before it ships?
No problem — we'll program your card with your current username at the time of shipping. Just let support know before your order is produced.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! US shipping is free. International shipping is calculated at checkout and typically $8–$15.
