• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken in the app.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
• Geographic data: approximate city, state, and country derived from your IP address when you register or when someone views your badge.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and digital badge.
• Process subscription payments and send billing receipts.
• Display your public profile page to visitors who scan or visit your badge link.
• Provide analytics to Pro and Business subscribers (profile view counts, geographic data).
• Send transactional emails (welcome, subscription confirmation, vendor invitations).
• Improve and develop new features on the platform.
• Respond to support requests and inquiries.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

Your badge profile page at blinksolutions.info/p/[username] is public by default. Any information you add to your profile — name, title, company, social links — is visible to anyone with the link. You can make your profile private at any time from your dashboard settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database), UploadThing (file storage), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
• Event organizers and vendors: When you participate in an event, relevant contact information may be shared with other participants as part of the networking and lead-capture features you explicitly use.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available.

We use essential cookies and session tokens to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
